I’m at my happiest when I’m helping others make an impact. I’m currently based in Beacon, NY, but my roots are firmly planted in the vibrant culture of El Salvador.

My creative journey started, as all good stories of silly creative upbringings do, with a mild act of rebellion: I painted my Converse All-Stars to make them look ‘cooler’ (funkier and sillier… can’t blame me, I was 12), which naturally led to being grounded. I loved those shoes, but they just had to be one-of-a-kind! My mom didn’t approve—nor does society a lot of the time when you’re out here painting outside the lines. But years later, my need to create and stand out has led me to work with others who want to color the world their own way, no matter how challenging or out of the ordinary. So, thanks, Mom, for teaching me that breaking the mold might get you into trouble, but it’s absolutely worth it in the end.
